Senior Solution Engineer – Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Migration ExpertLocation - Mexico (Remote)Duration – Full Time
Experience• 8–12 years of relevant Microsoft 365 and Exchange migration experience
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, design, and implement Microsoft 365 Exchange Online integration and migration strategies.• Lead Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises migration projects.• Support and maintain Hybrid Exchange environments integrated with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).• Execute tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational transformations.• Configure and secure cross-tenant collaboration.• Perform source domain discovery and inventory of Exchange objects.• Prepare Office 365 email accounts for migration.• Assess, review, and migrate Public Folders.• Perform mailbox and email data migrations using Quest and BitTitan MigrationWiz.• Develop standardized onboarding processes for new agencies or business units.• Create migration documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.• Ensure secure adoption of Microsoft 365 services and alignment with business objectives.• Troubleshoot migration issues and provide post-migration support.
Required Experience• 8–12 years of Microsoft infrastructure and messaging experience.• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises.• Proven experience supporting Hybrid Exchange environments.• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.• Experience with Quest and BitTitan MigrationWiz is mandatory.• Experience in M&A migration projects or enterprise transformation initiatives.• Strong troubleshooting and migration planning skills.
