The Opportunity
This position combines technical engineering, project management, mentoring, and client-facing responsibilities.Key responsibilities include:Structural design and analysis for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and utility projectsManaging project schedules, budgets, and resourcesReviewing calculations, reports, and construction documentsCoordinating with architects, contractors, owners, and engineering teamsProviding technical leadership and mentoring junior engineersParticipating in quality control and code compliance reviewsSupporting business development and client relationship managementLeading projects from concept through construction completion
Ideal Background
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license7+ years of structural engineering experienceExperience managing projects and client relationshipsStrong knowledge of building codes, AISC and ACI standardsExperience with steel, concrete, infrastructure, or industrial structuresDesire to mentor and develop younger engineersStrong communication and leadership skills
