About the role
BMA Group Global is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead supply chain strategy and execution within a technology manufacturing environment. The role oversees supply and demand planning, inventory optimization, material availability, and operational performance to support customer commitments and business objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise and a proven ability to improve service levels, manage costs, and resolve complex supply chain challenges. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and external partners to translate business priorities into executable supply chain plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain strategy and execution, aligning capabilities with business objectives, customer requirements, and financial targets.
- Establish priorities that balance product availability, cost, inventory, and operational risk.
- Lead sales and operations planning, aligning demand forecasts with material availability, supplier commitments, and manufacturing capacity.
- Identify supply gaps, evaluate alternatives, and drive decisions on production priorities and allocation.
- Establish inventory targets and replenishment strategies to support service requirements while controlling working capital.
- Improve inventory turns, reduce excess and obsolete materials, and resolve shortages that could affect production or customer deliveries.
- Collaborate with Procurement and manufacturing partners to strengthen delivery reliability, capacity readiness, and responsiveness.
