We are looking for a bilingual (English–Spanish) Senior Systems Administrator to be the technical owner of our cloud applications (including Microsoft 365), our laptops (a mix of Windows and Macs), and our office network (including firewalls and local storage). This is a hands-on senior role for a generalist who understands the full stack — from identity and endpoint management to virtualization, backups, and networking — and can operate, maintain, and optimize every layer with autonomy. You'll work closely with our IT team members focused on security and technical support, and with technology leadership based in the U.S. This position offers a clear path to grow into a technical lead role over time.The role has special focus on vulnerability management, patching, backup & recovery, wireless networks, and Microsoft 365.ResponsibilitiesOperate vulnerability assessment and patching cycles across the infrastructure, coordinating with our security expert based in Boston. Apply independent judgment to evaluate vendor recommendations, propose adjustments, and challenge decisions when needed rather than deferring solely to providers.Configure and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for corporate device lifecycle management.Operate enterprise backup and disaster recovery, ensuring data integrity, retention compliance, and RTO/RPO objectives are met.Maintain virtualization platforms, including resource allocation, performance tuning, and high availability configurations.Administer enterprise wireless networking infrastructure, ensuring coverage, performance, and security standards are upheld.Configure, monitor, and maintain enterprise-grade network switching and firewall policies.Manage and support the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Windows Server, and Active Directory.Operate IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms to support ticketing, change management, and SLA compliance.Document processes, create and maintain runbooks, and ensure alignment with internal policies and industry best practices.Collaborate with team members responsible for security and technical support to ensure consistent operations across the IT stack.Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network and infrastructure incidents.
