What you'll do:🔹 Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.🔹 Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.🔹 Source and engage top talent through multiple recruiting channels.🔹 Conduct candidate interviews and ensure an exceptional hiring experience.🔹 Build strong talent pipelines and maintain accurate ATS records.🔹 Track recruitment metrics and contribute to continuous process improvements.
What we're looking for:✅ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.✅ B2+ / C1 English proficiency.✅ Experience recruiting across multiple departments and business functions.✅ Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.✅ Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.✅ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions.
