Join Tahir as a Senior UI/UX Designer in Lahore, Punjab, PK. We are looking for an experienced professional to enhance user experiences across our digital platforms with innovative design strategies. This full-time role offers an annual salary of PKR 80,000. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors. Perform usability testing to evaluate design effectiveness and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product solutions and user experiences. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to clearly communicate design ideas to stakeholders. Iterate designs based on user and stakeholder feedback to optimize functionality and usability. Maintain design consistency by following established guidelines and standards. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design or related field. Expertise in user research and usability testing methodologies. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects. Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision. Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design preferred. This position requires close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business objectives. Your work will directly impact the success and usability of our products. Work within a dynamic team of designers and developers fostering innovation and knowledge sharing. You will report directly to the Design Lead.
