About the role
Liberty Specialty Markets Latam offers specialty and commercial insurance and reinsurance products across key UK, European, Latin American, US, and other international locations.
Under minimal supervision, contribute to the growth and profitability of assigned specialty product lines and the Peru and Latam region through marketing, underwriting, and managing products and services for moderate risks. Work within defined limits and authorities on assignments of moderate complexity. Some risks may require special handling or unusual coverage.
Demonstrate functional technical knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, procedures, and techniques, including coverage issues, product lines, marketing, relevant systems, and competition in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
- Underwrite new and renewal casualty business within delegated authority and in accordance with underwriting guidelines and profitability objectives.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of brokers, clients, and strategic partners across Chile and Latin America.
