The OpportunityOur client is seeking a Senior Vice President of Network Implementation Services to lead its largest operational organization and serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.This executive will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Network Implementation Services organization, overseeing approximately 50 engineers, project managers, and field professionals responsible for delivering complex optical networking projects throughout North America and Europe.Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the SVP will be responsible for organizational performance, operational excellence, customer delivery, financial performance, and the long-term growth of the division.This position offers the opportunity to lead an established, highly respected organization while helping position the business to capitalize on continued investment in hyperscale data centers, AI infrastructure, telecommunications, and utility networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive LeadershipProvide strategic leadership for the Network Implementation Services organization, fostering a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and employee development.Lead, coach, and develop an experienced leadership team consisting of Vice Presidents, Senior Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Operations personnel.Build organizational capability through succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and strategic talent acquisition.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and operational discipline.
Customer LeadershipDevelop trusted relationships with executive-level customer stakeholders.Support strategic customer engagements and major pursuits requiring executive leadershipEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction through consistent execution and proactive communication.
Qualification:
ExperienceBachelor's degree required; Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related disciplinepreferred.Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience within telecommunications, network infrastructure, engineering services, field operations, or relatedindustries.Demonstrated success leading large technical organizations with responsibility for multiple levels ofmanagement.Proven experience managing P&L performance, operational budgets, workforce planning, and organizational growth.Experience leading complex, multi-site deployment or implementation organizations supporting large enterprise or carriercustomers.Strong background establishing operational processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
