Accounts Payable Specialist / Senior AP AnalystLocation: MexicoPST timeExperience: 5+ YearsEducation: Master’s Degree in Finance required; CA Inter/CMA Inter preferredKey RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Finance with CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable (AP) experience, preferably within the financial services, investment management, or alternative investment industry.Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, internal controls, compliance requirements, and payment operations.Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and execute vendor and corporate payments through:ACH (Automated Clearing House)Domestic Wire TransfersForeign Wire TransfersCheck PaymentsEnsure all payments are processed accurately, approved appropriately, and executed within established deadlines.Maintain strict adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.Reconcile payment transactions and investigate payment discrepancies.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.Support AP month-end and year-end closing activities.Assist with process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and control effectiveness.
