About the role
Viva Talent is looking for an experienced SEO professional with a strong background in technical SEO, content strategy, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). You will own the SEO and AEO roadmap hands-on while building, managing, and developing the team supporting the work.
Viva Talent connects US companies with Executive Assistants and opens meaningful, career-defining work for talented people across Latin America. The globally distributed team has 200+ members across 15+ countries and 3 continents, with a mission to expand real opportunity for women in LatAm.
Organic search efforts are already underway. The role will assess what is working, develop a clear and measurable SEO and AEO growth program, and adapt the strategy as AI-powered search changes how buyers find companies. AEO capability will be built from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own the SEO and AEO roadmap, including priorities, timelines, and KPIs. Take over existing work, improve processes, and drive it forward day to day.
- Build the content strategy through keyword research, topic clustering, editorial briefs, and prioritization tied to business goals.
- Run technical SEO, including site architecture, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation.
- Build the AEO strategy to improve how Viva is understood, cited, and surfaced across AI search experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
- Lead and develop the SEO team by setting priorities, clarifying ownership, coaching team members, reviewing work, and building a high-performing SEO function.

- Experienced SEO professional with a strong background in technical SEO, content strategy, and AEO.
- Experience owning an organic search roadmap end to end.
