Service Advisor

Northam Toyota is seeking a customer focused, organised and target driven Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Able to to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced workshop environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting customers and open jobcards.
- Scheduling and booking appointments.
- Maximise service sales and profitability.
- Understand the customer’s questions and concerns to provide the best possible service.
- Consult with technicians regarding necessary repairs and provide up to date feedback to customers.
- Monitor the vehicle repair and maintenance process. Manage of the process to ensure customer experience is maintained.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Ensure all details on services rendered and costs are explained to customers and processing their payments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask as well as good administration and organizational skills.
- Good timekeeping and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
- Valid South African driver’s licence.
- Valid matric certificate.
- Bilingual.
- Contactable references.
