Job Description
• Maintain operational excellence
• Greet and seat customers with a friendly and positive attitude
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages
• Assist in preparation of beverages (and food when needed)
• Cashier duties
• Practice food safety, store security & cleanliness standards
• Be a customer mania
• Maintain appearance standards
Key Responsibilities:
The Service provides excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily operations to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 year’s experience working at a casual dine in restaurant (Experience working at a Western food restaurant is a plus)
• Preferably with Certification of Employment (COE) as a service crew
• Good English Communication Skills
• Degree in hospitality or business administration is a plus
• Food safety training certification is a plus
• Leadership training and certification is a plus
• Driver’s License is a plus
