About the role
On behalf of Huawei, Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking a service engineer to support smart photovoltaic power station products and solutions in El Salvador.
Responsibilities
- Provide local and remote technical and solution support to customers and partners.
- Manage technical implementation and commissioning for large-granularity projects in Central America and the Caribbean, monitor project operation quality, and promote standardized project delivery.
- Organize regular technical and quality management meetings and report each project's operating status in monthly reports.
- Support delivery of key energy storage/DC projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of service technical and management experience related to the electrical field.
- Understanding of electrical knowledge and communication protocols such as PLC, RS485, and MODBUS.
- Project management and customer service management experience.
- Travel experience and willingness to travel to different cities.
