Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Field Representative (FR) to join our overseas team, focusing on the ground photovoltaic (PV) and energy storage business in Latin America, based in Honduras. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end on-site project delivery of regional projects, ensuring compliance with Honduras and local Latin America regulations, and meeting quality, schedule, and safety targets to support smooth project handover and long-term project operation in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire on-site delivery process of ground PV and energy storage projects in Honduras and Latin America regions, including installation supervision, commissioning coordination, and acceptance support for regional projects.Ensure project execution complies with Honduras local construction specifications, regional Latin America safety standards, quality requirements and delivery schedules; proactively identify and resolve on-site risks and emergencies during project implementation.Collaborate with internal sales teams and external regional partners (EPC contractors, local construction teams, Honduras municipal authorities, regional power grid institutions) to coordinate resources, align project progress, and facilitate local grid connection procedures and project approval processes.Provide post-delivery maintenance and technical support for completed projects in Latin America, collect client feedback on regional project operation, and assist in optimizing localized on-site delivery processes and regional project digitization construction initiatives.Prepare and submit standardized regional project delivery reports (e.g., regional progress updates, on-site quality inspection records, safety operation logs) to the management team, ensuring transparent and timely communication of Latin America project status.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of working experience in on-site project delivery for ground PV, energy storage, or renewable energy projects, with mature familiarity with EPC project management processes for overseas new energy projects.In-depth understanding of Honduras and Latin America regional construction regulations, local safety operation standards, and regional power grid connection procedures; priority will be given to candidates with relevant regional project experience.Strong on-site problem-solving ability and cross-party project coordination skills, proficient in using mainstream project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) for regional project scheduling and management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to efficiently adapt to cross-cultural work environments and long-term on-site project work in Latin America.Fluent in written and spoken English; proficient in Spanish (essential for Latin America business) is a core advantage.Willingness to travel long-term within Honduras and all Latin America regions and work on-site for extended periods; valid driver’s license is preferred.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBOSH Safety Certificate, New Energy Engineering Certification) are highly preferred.
