Service Provider Onboarding Specialist

The Service Provider Onboarding Specialist supports the growth, coverage, and stability of the Service Network by recruiting, engaging, and onboarding independent service providers (business owners) across assigned regions. This is a B2B, phone-heavy, relationship-driven role.
Requires confident communication with service company owners and end-user residential homeowner customers.
The role also facilitates the Alternate Provider Option (APO) by locating, engaging, and retaining non-network service providers in markets where network coverage is limited. The Specialist ensures providers are vetted, documented, and positioned to service customers quickly while meeting compliance standards.
Key responsibilities:
Identify provider gaps using coverage and capacity reportsPerform outbound B2B calling to recruit service providersConduct pre-screening calls to confirm minimum qualificationsExplain Cinch network expectations and onboarding stepsDocument rate expectations and escalate negotiationsMaintain accurate CRM / system notes and follow-upsBuild long-term relationships with service company ownersSupport APO sourcing when network coverage is constrained
Functional competencies:Strong phone presence and business communication skillsComfort speaking with business owners and decision-makersStrong follow-up, organization, and attention to detailWorking understanding of residential Appliance, Plumbing, and HVAC systemsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
