As the Haeger PEM Service Technician at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things.
LOCATION: Guadalajara, Jal
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent;2-5 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Infrequent weekend travel for trade show or urgent customer needDetects and reports faulty machine operation, defective material and workmanship in parts and component drawings, bill of material discrepancies, parts shortages, and other unusual conditions to either the service or quality teams.Collaborates with other assemblers and department personnel to transmit and exchange information pertinent to work at hand.Travel requirement of up to 75% per month, Monday through Friday.Follows prints, schematics, instructions, and internal documents to assemble machines/sub-assemblies according to the drawings and bill of material supplied.Travel to customer locations to perform commissioning and service calls on Haeger and PEMserter products when needed.Generates documentation to internal and external technical and sales staff on service updates, product availability and technical services available. Also, provides training to the Haeger / PEMSERTER® Distributors and Representatives as required.
