Required Skills
🔹 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
🔹 Hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Workflow Automation
🔹 Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts)
🔹 Experience in integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform customization
🔹 Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
