ServiceNow Administrator
• 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience• ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Request & Knowledge• Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Workflows & Flow Designer• ServiceNow scripting: JavaScript, GlideRecord, client/server-side scripts• Forms, UI Policies, Business Rules, Notifications & Access Controls• Service Portal / Employee Center• ITIL knowledge
IT Asset Manager
• Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, HAM & SAM Pro• Hands-on Software Asset Management (SAM) experience• Software lifecycle & entitlement management• Software licensing and compliance knowledge• Asset tracking, workflows & reporting• Strong analytical and data validation skills• Experience collaborating with Finance, Procurement & IT teams
Asset Data Steward
• Strong experience with ServiceNow HAM, SAM Pro & CMDB• Data governance & metadata stewardship• ServiceNow reporting, data filtering & KPI generation• Asset lifecycle data analysis and forecasting• Service Catalog, Catalog Items & approval workflows• Asset models & standardization• Data quality, validation & reporting• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
