Shift Duty Managers

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure smooth functioning and service consistency.
• Monitor service delivery and promptly resolve any operational issues.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction by addressing feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Prepare accurate daily shift reports and clear handover notes for continuity.
• Enforce adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Ensure effective communication between all operational departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMS and Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Understanding of hotel safety and service standards.
