About the role
Propel Landscape Management is hiring a Sidewalk Snow Clearing Manager for a winter seasonal position, with potential for full-time work based on performance and availability.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sidewalk snow-clearing operations.
- Operate snow-removal equipment and machinery.
- Lead a crew and ensure sidewalks are cleared properly and on time.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond to snow events.
- Communicate with management.
- Ensure sidewalks are safe, clean, and properly treated.
- Help with loading, unloading, equipment preparation, and winter maintenance.
- Work overnight, early morning, weekends, and holidays when winter storms require it.
