About the role
SCA Group is seeking an experienced On-Site Project Manager / Contract Manager to lead day-to-day execution of an ongoing project in Soto Cano, Honduras. The role involves working directly with teams, solving problems, taking ownership of daily execution, and adapting to changing operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day project execution and delivery of all contracted services at the site.
- Serve as the primary on-site client contact, maintain a professional relationship, and ensure client requirements are understood and addressed.
- Ensure contractual obligations, service requirements, schedules, and performance standards are met.
- Lead and coordinate the on-site team, including supervisors, support personnel, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly operational activities, ensuring staffing, resources, equipment, and services are available.
- Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance against agreed standards, schedules, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site walkthroughs and operational reviews to identify issues, service gaps, safety or quality concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Address operational issues and client concerns promptly, coordinate corrective actions, and follow through until resolution.
- Monitor quality, service delivery, staffing, schedules, compliance, and overall operational performance.
- Review and maintain operational documentation, reports, records, and performance information required by the contract and client.
- Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports, and provide updates to senior management and the client as required.
