Site Operations Lead – Buenos Aires, Argentina

Praxis Robotics is hiring a full-time Site Operations Lead in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This hands-on role launches and supports partner sites collecting first-person video for physical AI systems. Frequent domestic travel is required.

About Praxis Robotics

Praxis Robotics partners with factories and other businesses to collect first-person video that helps physical AI systems understand real-world work. You will help launch pilots, solve operational challenges, and build reliable data collection across partner sites. This is a broad, evolving role with opportunities to take on more ownership as the company grows.

You will report to a US-based Strategic Project Lead / Program Manager, who reports to the Global Head of Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and support partner sites, from initial pilots through daily operations and expansion.
• Build relationships with owners, managers, and supervisors; establish regular check-ins and remove bottlenecks to meet throughput and quality goals.
• Monitor operational data, investigate throughput or quality issues, and develop practical recovery plans.
• Coordinate local hardware sourcing and work with telecom or internet providers to resolve equipment and upload problems.
• Train supervisors and support factory-floor pilots, experiments, and process improvements.
• Set clear expectations, drive follow-through, and handle difficult conversations with confidence and respect.
• Make sound decisions amid ambiguity while protecting workplace safety and data integrity.
• Communicate progress, risks, and operational updates clearly to your US-based manager.

What You’ll Bring

• Fluent English and fluent Spanish. English is required for live calls, operational discussions, difficult conversations, and written updates.
• Hands-on operational problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently across partner sites.
• Confidence building relationships with factory owners, managers, supervisors, and local service providers.
• Comfort using operational data to identify issues and track throughput and quality.
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and a practical approach to working through ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Argentina.
