About the role
BOE Technology is seeking the person in full charge of the overall operations of its SMT factory in Tijuana. The role carries responsibility for strategy implementation, production operations, quality control, cost and lean management, safety production, supply chain coordination, team management, and compliance operations. It leads SMT, DIP, and FCT manufacturing systems for 3C and automotive electronics products and is accountable for the factory's core operational indicators and its stable, efficient, and sustainable development.
Responsibilities
- Business strategy and objective management: Align with group and regional strategies and formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly operational plans, capacity plans, cost targets, quality targets, and delivery targets based on industry characteristics, capacity structure, process features, and market order trends.
- Establish target decomposition, process monitoring, and review optimization mechanisms to implement operational indicators and improve profit, efficiency, and cost.
- Lead business performance review meetings, identify bottlenecks, develop improvement plans, and support steady growth in operating performance.
- Production operations: Take responsibility for production planning, scheduling, capacity release, process management, equipment maintenance, and efficiency improvement across the SMT factory.
- Coordinate material readiness, production progress, exception handling, and capacity ramp-up to support on-time, full-volume, high-quality order delivery.
- Continuously optimize production processes to improve OEE and per-capita efficiency.
