Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, crafting compelling copy, and designing engaging visuals. Monitor and analyze social media trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to refine content strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing goals. Engage actively with the online community by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries. Assist in managing social media budgets and resources efficiently. Create training materials and conduct workshops to empower team members on social media best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, digital media, marketing, or advertising. Proven experience in social media management and strategy development. Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness. 2-5 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
