Social Media Filmmaker

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Filmmaker to join our team at Advensus. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and producing engaging video content that showcases our brand, culture, and people across our digital channels. Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts and high-quality video content aligned with our brand strategy. Create short-form and long-form content optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Manage all aspects of production, including scripting, storyboarding, lighting, audio, and post-production editing. Produce employer branding content that highlights company culture, employee experiences, and corporate campaigns. Collaborate with the Marketing team to stay current with platform best practices and trend-driven content. Maintain an organized digital content library and monitor performance metrics to optimize future content.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience creating video content for social media, marketing, or brand communications. Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and visual composition. Experience in corporate, BPO, or service-oriented environments is preferred.
