Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Create engaging, shareable content tailored for various social media platforms. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and boost engagement. Manage community interactions across social channels, responding promptly to comments and inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media messaging aligns with marketing campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep strategies innovative. Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to refine messaging and creative assets. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Expertise in content creation and social media management. Strong skills in campaign optimization and analytics. Proficient in community engagement and SEO knowledge. 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or related roles preferred. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms. As part of our vibrant team, you will collaborate closely with marketing specialists, graphic designers, and content creators. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will receive mentorship and guidance to advance your skills and career.
