About the Role
Cardiac Community Advocacy and Support Initiative is Nigeria's first patient-led organization focused on Pulmonary Hypertension and cardiovascular disease advocacy. We're looking for someone to grow our social media presence.

We want a storyteller. Someone who is genuinely passionate about health advocacy and understands how to help people like patients' journeys, stories and messages connect. If you're passionate about health advocacy and understand the power of storytelling, this could be for you.

What You'll Do
• Develop and manage GCAS’s social media strategy across relevant platforms
• Create and publish engaging content that reflects our mission and voice
• Tell compelling stories around cardiac health, patients, advocates, and institutions
• Simplify complex information into content people can relate to and understand
• Develop patient ideas, captions, scripts, and campaigns
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timeliness, consistent posting
• What We're Looking For
• Genuine passion for health advocacy
• A strong story teller who can turn human stories into compelling, human narratives
• Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop engaging content independently
• Experience with health, nonprofit, advocacy, or community-focused accounts is an advantage
