Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that increase brand awareness and user engagement across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and curate compelling, audience-focused content that aligns with TAM DIGITAL’s brand voice and marketing goals. Monitor emerging social media trends and competitor activities to innovate and optimize campaign effectiveness. Analyze social media metrics and generate detailed performance reports to guide data-driven strategy adjustments and improve ROI. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure social media efforts support overall business objectives. Engage actively with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online community interactions to foster positive brand relationships. Stay informed on the latest social media tools, best practices, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management or content creation. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to interpret social media analytics and adjust strategies accordingly. Preferred: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
