BEPC Inc. - Business Excellence Professional Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven software developer to develop, maintain, and document software solutions supporting clinical, administrative, and data analysis processes in the medical industry.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and optimize stored procedures, views, and queries in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Participate in technical design and documentation of software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop basic reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, security protocols, and industry regulations.
• Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software functionality and stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in similar positions.
• Proven experience in software development using C# and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database programming, including stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Experience writing technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Previous experience in healthcare-related projects or familiarity with standards like HIPAA and HL7 is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English (reading and writing) and intermediate English conversation.
