About the role:
We're hiring Software Developers, one based in our San Juan office. The roles is hybrid to start, with the option to move to remote work after a successful probationary period of 90 days. You'll work across the stack, from front-end interfaces to back-end services and cloud infrastructure, partnering closely with product and design to ship features that matter.
What you'll do:
Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications across our family of companies.Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code.Build System Integrations by leverating APIs and services deployed on AWS and Azure.Collaborate with stakeholdetrs, product managers, designers, and other engineers throughout the development lifecycle of a project.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.Troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance of existing systems.Contribute to a culture of engineering quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements we are looking for:
2-4 years of professional software development experience.Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, including React and Node.js.Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)Comfortable working across the full stack, from UI to databaseStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailGood communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, cross-functional teamExperience with version control (Git) and modern CI/CD practices
Nice to have:
Experience working with AWZ BedrockExperience working with Claude Code.Exposure to RAG architechture.Experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA).Experience with the Salesforce.com eco-system including exposure to Apex and LWC. Experience in fintech, mortgage, or regulated industries.Exposure to infrastructure-as-code, containerization, or serverless architectures.Experience working across multiple product lines or business units.
