As a Software Developer Sr. Lead...You will lead the design, evolution, and delivery of software solutions that enable critical business operations across the organization. As part of the SAP & Software Development function, you will drive the technical vision, architecture, and development practices required to bring scalable, high-quality applications into production.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional analysts, product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure that the entire software lifecycle — from concept to deployment and continuous improvement — delivers real business value.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence, shaping how software is built, integrated, and sustained as the company continues to grow.
What will your day to day look like?You will lead and mentor the software development team, guiding technical decisions and enabling them to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.You will translate business needs into robust technical designs, partnering with analysts and end users to define clear scopes and implementation strategies.You will collaborate with internal and external software providers to design integrations and define roadmaps that ensure successful deployments.You will drive the adoption of development best practices, including coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, quality tools, and modern development environments.You will define and manage the infrastructure required to support development initiatives and ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.You will design and recommend software architectures aligned with both business goals and technical sustainability.You will evaluate and structure data models to support efficient processing, reporting, and system interoperability.You will establish monitoring and reporting capabilities that ensure the stability, observability, and continuous optimization of delivered applications.
What do you need to be successful?Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years leading software development teams in complex, enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of .NET, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.Solid experience working with SQL Server databases, including DDL, DML, and scripting.Strong proficiency in Azure Cloud (or equivalent platforms) and their core services.Understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.Strong problem-solving orientation, with the ability to evaluate options and drive practical, sustainable solutions.Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced context.Strong time management and organizational skills, balancing delivery and quality.Structured, analytical mindset and attention to detail.Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is essential.
