QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Solar Technician
- Knowledgeable in solar PV system installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Able to read and interpret plans and diagrams
- Familiar with solar inverters, charge controllers, batteries, and other solar components
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to be assigned on-site/fieldwork

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, test, and maintain solar PV systems
- Perform wiring, configuration, and system troubleshooting
- Ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Provide quality workmanship and excellent service
