RequirementsEnglish–Spanish B2+ (written & spoken).High school diploma or GED required.Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Healthcare, Patient Registration, Insurance Verification, or a related administrative role.Experience verifying insurance eligibility, pre-registration, or pre-certification is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work across multiple systems.Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete patient pre-registration and insurance verification before scheduled services.Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and pre-certification requirements.Update patient demographic and insurance information in internal systems.Contact patients to confirm information, explain coverage, and collect or arrange patient payments when applicable.Coordinate with hospitals, physicians, and insurance providers to resolve authorization and coverage issues.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with established procedures.Research patient account information and support timely resolution of registration and insurance-related requests.
