Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect who can lead architecture discussions and define end-to-end technology solutions for large-scale business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud deployment models, application modernization, integration patterns, and digital transformation programs.This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, enterprise architects, development teams, and infrastructure teams to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and resilient solution architectures.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture Leadership• Lead solution architecture discussions for complex business and technology transformation programs.• Define end-to-end architecture solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards.• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation of roadmaps.• Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technology selection decisions.• Ensure architecture alignment across applications, integrations, data, security, and infrastructure layers.Cloud Architecture & Modernization• Design and drive cloud-native and hybrid-cloud solutions.• Define deployment architectures on Cloud platforms.• Lead application modernization initiatives, including monolith-to-microservices transformations.• Design scalable, resilient, highly available, and secure cloud solutions.• Recommend cloud adoption strategies and migration approaches.Enterprise Integration• Design integration solutions using APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and middleware.• Define interoperability between legacy and modern systems.• Support API management and integration governance.Stakeholder Management• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to define target-state architecture.• Present architectural solutions to executive leadership and client stakeholders.• Manage architecture-related risks, dependencies, and technical decisions.________________________________________Required Skills & ExperienceCloud Architecture• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.• High availability and disaster recovery architectures• Performance optimization• Expertise in:o Cloud migration strategieso Hybrid-cloud architectureo Containerization (Docker)o Kubernetes/OpenShifto Serverless architectureso Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)Application & Integration Architecture• Microservices architecture• API Management• Messaging platforms (Kafka, RabbitMQ)• Service-oriented architecture (SOA)Security & Governance• Cloud security best practices• IAM and access management• Encryption and data protection________________________________________Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.• AWS Solutions Architect Professional / Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is an added advantage.• Kubernetes Certification (CKA/CKAD) is an added advantage.• Cloud Security Certification (CCSP/CISSP) is an added advantage.• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Transformation programs.Computer Languages Java, Webservice, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Finacle ScriptingTechnologies RESTful, NodeJS, JSP, JavaScript, HTMLCloud/ Platform Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, DockerOperating Systems Windows, HP-UNIX, RHEL/LinuxDatabases and Services Oracle 9i/10g/11g, Enterprise DB - Postgres, Oracle TunningTools IDEs: Eclipse, PL/SQL DeveloperVersion control: GIT, SVN, Bit Bucket, subversionServers: JBoss, Apache TomcatContainer Orchestration: Kubernetes, OpenShift, Istio and AWS EKSTools: Jenkins, Jira, HPQC, Confluence, Tivoli, SonarQube, Git Bash.
