About the role

Ant Group is seeking a solution architect to help customers define business and technical solutions based on Ant Digital Technologies products and services.

Responsibilities

• Develop Ant Digital Technologies’ positioning and brand in the fintech industry as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Challenge the status quo with innovative ideas and explain the role Ant Digital Technologies can play.
• Help enable new business models, remove barriers, and bring market trends to customer senior leadership teams to support a shared vision for their innovation journey.
• Capture, consolidate, and share industry-specific best practices within Ant Digital Technologies and with global and industry ecosystems and associations.
• Understand customer and partner requirements in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, public sector, and digital native, and define business and technical solutions and architecture that meet business needs and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical communication and product demonstrations, explain software functions, technical architecture, and advantages clearly, and answer technical questions.
• Support the sales team with presales advice and help build customer confidence in the product.
• Collect overseas market trends, customer feedback, and competitor information, and provide feedback and suggestions to the product development team.
