About the role
Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is recruiting on behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies for a Solution Manager – Smart PV. The role involves leading the development and delivery of solar energy solutions, providing technical guidance to customers, and managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of PV and BESS solutions.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance to customers throughout projects.
- Manage key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including significant experience in the PV or renewable energy industry.
- Experience in solar PV solution design, technical consulting, and project development.
- Knowledge of BESS and energy storage solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience managing technical solutions or projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with AutoCAD and relevant engineering or design tools.
- Understanding of the Chilean renewable energy market, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with customers, partners, EPCs, and other stakeholders.
- Strong project and solution management capabilities, communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Huawei FusionSolar solutions, inverters, and BESS is a strong plus.
