Business Engineering is looking for impact-driven, entrepreneurial solutions architects ready to drive projects from ideation to implementation and beyond. Our team is at the intersection of business and AI innovation where you will operate similarly to a Forward-Deployed Solutions Architect by solving real-world business challenges with game-changing AI technology that impacts businesses and consumers across the world.You will deliver specialized, customer-embedded technical expertise, bridging the gap between sales and engineering. You will work alongside leading industry executives to turn complex customer needs into scalable, AI-powered products that accelerate business growth. This role lets you apply your passion for customers, engineering, and problem-solving to delivering real-world results at Meta scale. Solutions Architect, Business Agents Responsibilities:

Contribute to building next-gen AI products and prototypes in collaboration with Meta product engineering teams and cross functional partners to meet business needsUnderstand business challenges to define and drive strategies to help businesses grow at scaleUse broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with our partners, and independently resolve complex technical and business needsWork closely with sales teams to unlock and develop new opportunities by developing an understanding on business goals and industry trendsInfluence the AI industry through technology by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audienceUnderstand and apply knowledge of products, technologies and business to build solutions to solve for problems at scaleBreak down coding projects into tasks and partner with all applicable teams and partners to meet pre-established goalsBuild relationships with team members and cross functional partnersInfluence decision-making through presentation of data-centric business topicsParticipate in interviewing and on-boarding of new team members

Minimum Qualifications:

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experienceExperience with scalable software platforms applications and taking products from zero-to-one to a level of maturityExperience with web, mobile, or enterprise technology stackExperience communicating with technical and business audience at prospects or clientsExperience working with LLMs, agentic AI, and/or related AI/ML technologiesExperience working in highly collaborative, dynamic, and ambiguous environmentsExperience demonstrating knowledge of industry technology areas and trends4+ years of experience working with software systems including querying, SQL scripting, and working with API development5+ years of combined experience as an Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Partner/Sales EngineerWillingness to travel up to 25% of the timeFluency in English, both verbal and written, is required

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a startup or similar early stage companyKnowledge of the AI, advertising, and social media landscape globallyExperience working with enterprise customers and B2B GTM motionExperience with agile software development methodologiesExperience working with global teamsDemonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies

$130,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
