About the role
SDI International is looking for an innovative Sourcing Analyst to carry out sourcing projects for one of its clients. The role involves implementing cost-effective purchases of goods and services required by the client, while ensuring performance and quality control and adherence to the client’s procurement policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and contracting for indirect spend categories, with an annual spend value of up to $250,000 USD per procurement event per year.
- Manage the full RFx lifecycle, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes; facilitate supplier selection, issue event documentation, and evaluate responses.
- Facilitate stakeholder conversations to understand and document business requirements for contracting and sourcing processes.
- Create, modify, negotiate, and facilitate execution of applicable contract documents, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), amendments, NDAs, Statements of Work, and Change Orders, in collaboration with client business unit stakeholders and client-specific processes.
- Conduct supplier negotiations and execute new supplier onboarding requests in accordance with procurement policies.
- Perform and document fair value determinations, including market intelligence gathering, cost/benefit analysis, and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
- Complete pre-transactional due diligence, risk assessment, and compliance steps. Obtain written guidelines and input from subject matter experts, including legal, finance, privacy, and information security, throughout the contracting process.
- Verify that key agreements and contracts are reviewed by appropriate peers and superiors before execution, in accordance with the client’s contracting authority matrix.
