We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist – Procurement (Fixed Term) to manage end-to-end sourcing activities, contract negotiations, supplier relationships, and procurement initiatives across multiple indirect spend categories.Role OverviewThe Sourcing Specialist is responsible for leading sourcing and contracting activities for assigned spend categories, ensuring the procurement of goods and services at optimal cost, quality, and service levels. This role manages the complete sourcing lifecycle, including spend analysis, supplier selection, contract development, negotiations, stakeholder engagement, and supplier performance management.The successful candidate will collaborate with internal business partners, suppliers, legal teams, finance functions, and procurement stakeholders to deliver measurable value through strategic sourcing and contract excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSpend, Supplier & Stakeholder ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Lead supplier communications, including sourcing events, issue resolution, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.Conduct spend analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives within assigned categories.Support supplier onboarding, registration, and master data maintenance activities.Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify sourcing opportunities.Monitor supplier performance and address service, quality, warranty, and delivery concerns.Present sourcing insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders.Strategic Sourcing & ProcurementManage the end-to-end sourcing process for assigned categories and delegated spend.Execute sourcing events, including competitive bidding, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.Evaluate supplier proposals and recommend sourcing decisions based on business requirements.Support category strategy execution aligned with regional and global procurement objectives.Manage purchase requisition and purchase order processes while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.Drive supplier negotiations to secure favorable commercial terms and service agreements.Contribute to cost savings, value creation, and procurement compliance initiatives.Support cash flow optimization activities and purchasing efficiency improvements.Contract Development & ManagementDraft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts using approved templates and procurement guidelines.Lead contract discussions and negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including creation, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within contract management systems.Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and business stakeholders to resolve contractual issues.Review and recommend contract modifications to support changing business needs.Ensure adherence to service-level agreements and internal contracting standards.Monitor contract compliance and support risk mitigation efforts.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with procurement, finance, legal, compliance, and operational teams.Support implementation of sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives.Provide recommendations and sourcing expertise to stakeholders across multiple business functions.Support procurement transformation, process improvement, and compliance programs.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or strategic purchasing.Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.Experience managing sourcing events such as RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract lifecycle management.Language RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency (written and verbal communication).Preferred QualificationsPostgraduate qualification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.Experience in indirect procurement categories such as Marketing, Human Resources, Professional Services, IT Services, Research & Development, Facilities, or Capital Projects.Experience within consumer goods, manufacturing, or multinational organizations.Exposure to global procurement environments and cross-cultural stakeholder management.Key Skills & CompetenciesStrategic sourcing
