Spa & Lifestyle Manager

• Lead the pre-opening setup of the Spa and Lifestyle facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, ensuring operational readiness, equipment installation, treatment room preparation, product selection, and operating supply requirements.
• Develop treatment menus, pricing structures, service standards, operating procedures, guest consultation processes, membership programs, and opening promotions, while setting up spa management systems such as Book4Time, Zenoti, or equivalent platforms.
• Recruit, train and lead spa therapists, reception associates, and lifestyle team members to deliver professional treatments, personalised service, and consistent guest experiences across the spa, pool, and fitness facilities.
• Establish and maintain hygiene, sanitation, pool safety, health and safety, treatment quality, and guest privacy standards in compliance with brand requirements and local regulations.
• Manage budgets, revenue forecasts, inventory, retail products, supplier coordination, and sales initiatives in collaboration with the hotel and spa management teams.
