OverviewOur client is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Cold Caller (Real Estate Industry) to join their team. This role focuses on making outbound calls to property owners, verifying details, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for real estate agents while seamlessly communicating in both English and Spanish. You will track your success against defined KPIs, such as call volume and appointment set, and report directly to business owners daily. Outstanding performance in this position offers a direct path to transition into a full-time role within two months.
Schedule:Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to property owners using a provided database and calling systemVerify that phone numbers are correctly associated with the corresponding propertiesConfirm property ownership by identifying and speaking with the actual property ownerQualify leads by determining whether property owners are interested in sellingSchedule appointments with qualified prospects for the real estate agentsSeamlessly switch between English and Spanish based on the contact's language preference
