360 Virtual Medical Assistants is hiring a full-time Virtual Medical Assistant. The role includes administrative and healthcare support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and provide administrative support.
• Handle prior authorizations and referrals for HMO insurance.
• Coordinate infusion services, manage phone operations, and provide medical scribing.

Requirements

• A medical-related degree is highly preferred.
• Vast knowledge and experience in the US healthcare system is required.
• Knowledge and experience in prior authorization and phone handling is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Spanish and English is required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in healthcare or medical office settings.
