About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Spanish Teacher/Trainer to support our retail sales teams. This role is responsible for delivering structured, performance-driven Spanish training programs specifically designed for sales environments.
Responsibilities:Deliver live, instructor-led virtual Spanish training sessions at the Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.Facilitate interactive and highly engaging sessions using role-playing, simulations, and real-world sales scenarios.Train employees in practical, job-relevant Spanish communication, including:Customer greetings and rapport buildingNeeds assessment and discovery conversationsProduct and promotional explanationsObjection handling and conversation closingAssess participants' ability to apply Spanish language skills in sales and customer interaction scenarios.Maintain accurate attendance, participation, and progress records.Prepare and present progress reports, identify common participant challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:High school diploma required.Previous experience in a training or instructor role.University studies in Education or a related field (preferred).Native-level fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.Proven experience in training, teaching, or facilitation, preferably in a virtual environment.Strong understanding of sales, customer service, or retail operations.Ability to effectively engage and manage virtual groups.Strong adherence to structured training programs and processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Experience in sales training or sales enablement.Experience in the telecommunications industry or wireless retail sales (preferred).Proficiency with virtual platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
