Position ObjectiveResponsible for managing the end-to-end spare parts order process for local dealers, ensuring excellent customer service, timely order fulfillment, and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders to achieve high parts availability and service levels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealer Order Full-Process HandlingReceive, validate, and process spare parts orders from local dealers.Review order information and inventory availability through the DMS/WMS system.Monitor the complete order lifecycle from order receipt through final delivery.Track shipment status and proactively communicate updates to dealers.Handle dealer inquiries related to order status, availability, pricing, and backorders, ensuring timely resolution.
2. Dealer Operations & Commercial SupportBuild and maintain strong relationships with local dealers.Support spare parts sales growth through proactive dealer engagement.Support initial spare parts orders for new dealers and new vehicle launches.Identify dealer purchasing opportunities and support commercial initiatives.Communicate procurement priorities and critical shortages.Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, 3PL providers, and local suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
3. Operational Coordination & PerformanceMaintain accurate order documentation and operational records.Monitor open orders and dealer service performance.Support KPI monitoring related to order fulfillment and dealer service.Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements.Ensure effective communication between dealers and internal stakeholders.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive spare parts, aftersales, dealer support, or customer service.Experience working with automotive dealers, distributors, or service networks.Experience using DMS, ERP, or WMS systems.Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Fluent English.
