About the role
Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, People Solutions Center to support compliance-critical United States People Solutions processes. The role serves as a functional authority and escalation owner for US Benefits, US Accommodations, Form I-9 Compliance, US Unemployment, and US Work Authorization.
The role provides backup support for NA Supervisors and helps enhance team coverage. It reports directly to the manager and partners with leaders within Sarah Ording’s organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide authoritative interpretation of policy, regulations, and internal standards across supported processes.
- Ensure consistent process execution across PSC teams.
- Own, maintain, and periodically review SOPs and knowledge base documentation for accuracy, compliance alignment, and operational clarity.
- Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality assessments.
- Identify and proactively address compliance risks or gaps.
- Help secure compliance for high-risk U.S. processes and ensure alignment with regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert to drive excellence and consistency across operations.
