Specialist Rewards Organizational Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the design and implementation of compensation, benefits, and rewards programmes. Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market competitiveness analysis. Coordinate the annual performance management and appraisal cycle. Support organizational development initiatives, including organizational development planning, competency framework and workforce planning. Analyze HR metrics and prepare management dashboards and reports. Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and organizational improvement initiatives. JOB REQUIREMENTS Experience: 3-5 Years Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum CGPA: 3.0) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
