Sr Application Developer, Integrations

About the role

At Genesys, you will build the integration foundation for critical business processes and AI-enabled automation. The role owns cloud-native solutions that move data and actions securely across Salesforce, Zuora Billing, Workday, and AWS services supporting the Order-to-Cash lifecycle.

You will shape integrations from architecture and API or event design through deployment, observability, and production support. The role also extends AI capabilities into enterprise workflows, with governed access to enterprise data and actions and protections for responsible production use.

Responsibilities

• Build, support, and operate technology used by organizations worldwide.
• Use AWS serverless technologies, API-led patterns, and event-driven architectures to improve the accuracy, scalability, and resilience of business-critical data flows.
• Extend AI capabilities into enterprise workflows using Amazon Bedrock, AWS AI services, SageMaker-hosted models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Apply guardrails, evaluation, PII protections, observability, and cost controls for production use.
• Influence integration standards and partner across technical and business teams on initiatives spanning finance, sales, billing, platform engineering, and AI.
