Sr Cost Analyst

A leading multinacional company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Cost Analyst to join its Finance and Operations team.
📌 Key Responsibilities:Provide financial support to Finance and Operations leaders, contributing to the establishment and achievement of strategic objectives.Maintain accounting and reporting procedures to ensure accurate product costing and reliable manufacturing performance reporting.Participate in annual Budget, quarterly Projection, and monthly Actuals processes.Build and analyze Bill of Materials and Routes for standard costing, material variances, labor and indirect expenses, labor and overhead rate constructions, inventory, and capital.Prepare, analyze, and report monthly and annual financials to management.Support the facility’s Fixed and Variable operating budget.Perform monthly balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.Assist teams in compiling cost improvements, setting goals, and preparing monthly forecasts.🎯 RequirementsPrevious experience in cost analysis within industrial/manufacturing environments. 3+ years of relevant professional accounting and/or finance experience, including product costing, manufacturing variances and inventory control experience.Accounting or Finance Education. Bachelor Degree is a plus.Strong knowledge of accounting processes, budgeting, and financial reporting.Analytical mindset, results-oriented, and excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.Advanced English level required to interact with the U.S. market and clients.
