Role OverviewAs a Senior DotNet Developer at Simpat Tech, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-impact software solutions across the entire stack — from responsive frontends to scalable backends.You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to technical decisions. Your experience will be crucial in solving complex problems and ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.We're looking for someone who's not only technically strong but also thrives in a collaborative, agile environment — someone who values teamwork, communication, ownership, and continuous growth.We are increasingly focused on AI implementation and transformation projects. We need engineers who can leverage AI tools extensively in their daily workflow and, more importantly, integrate AI capabilities into the solutions we build for our clients.
Competencies:8+ years of professional software development experienceStrong OOP understandingExperience in .NET/C#Experience with cloud native technologies within Azure or AWSRelational database design experience (MS SQL preferred)Background experience with SOLID. principles and design patternsFluent in English, spoken and written
AI & Modern DevelopmentExperience on setting up CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus is preferred)Experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate developmentExperience deploying AI features to production
Nice to Have:Proven experience integrating with Azure OpenAI or the OpenAI APIHands-on experience with at least one vector database (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, or PGVector)Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patternsFamiliarity with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or similar
