Sr. Financial Analyst

About the role

BMA Group Global is supporting one of its clients in the search for a Senior Financial Analyst. This position supports financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to help drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, trends, and variances.
• Support monthly and annual financial planning activities.
• Prepare financial models and business analysis.
• Track key financial and operational metrics.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with Accounting and other business areas.
• Support special projects and additional financial analysis as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related area.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
